I'm sure everyone reading this has had some sort of nightmare dealing with
headhunters and recruiters from organizations that tell us about jobs
that have nothing to do with the type of position and employer you are looking
for.
I recently found this banner on an association site I belong to advertising
as a career site for IT professionals. I checked it out and it's quite impressive
compared to the bigger databases. It's called theshortlist.com.
I was really impressed with the skills summary area and questions they ask
about exactly what I was looking for in a new job. Best of all, they don't
let headhunters on the site. I posted my resume on Wednesday and heard
directly from an employer on Thursday.
I definitely recommend you check out theshortlist.com
