Am I wrong

Most of the messages here are stating that VB is a good skill to learn,
maybe at this moment of time, but in the very near future we all have to
migrate to ASP or another web based technology tool.

We all should be focusing on internet development tools.

Am I wrong?

It wouldn't hurt to get VB skills, especially if you want to use VBScript in
ASP. Also, with ASP+ VBScript goes away and you use a 'real' language (i.e.
VB.NET (7), C#, etc.) to create your site. It's all output as HTML to the
client...
