Probst 09-18-2000, 11:42 PM Hi Dwayne, > Would is the average sallery of a Visual C++ programmer per year, right out > of university? It depends entirely on the company and the area. I've seen some kids get 40-45K, but that's also depending on how good you are. Consider this against someone who can code, say, COM+ DLLs using ATL or ISAPI filters with four to six years C++ experience pulling in $100-130 an hour :-) .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I live in Toronto,ON,Canada and straight out of school I was making $41k. A year and a half later I am making $65k and I am not doing VC++. Like I said it depends on what part of the country you are in and if you get into a company that knows the value of good/key employees! Mark. "Klaus H.
