Need Help With Framesets

Hi ineed to make a framed page with one frame on the left one accross the top about four inches down ward and one to fill up the remaining space. i think this whould be a nested frame set but i have no idea how to do it for an example go to this website it is what i am trying to make http://www.leftovercrack.com
