detect IMEI / ESN / IMSI

Hello All,
I'm writing a script in php/wml, I have some users on my site and some data relevant to each user (wow...-).
My problem is that I dont want the users to login each time, I want to be able to detect their ESN / IMEI / IMSI # or some other # that confirm to the server that this number belongs to a registered user and give them their details.

1.I know there is an option with cookies but I dont want it to be done with cookies.
2.There is an option to do with J2ME but I dont want to use this option.

PHP/ASP + WAP.

Hello ppl,

I have been having the problem accessing the IMEI and SIM NO...'ve been reading a lot..found links to java Telephony API , specifically designed for same reason:

is the link to download the api , the link seems pretty old and is somehow dead when u try to download it...

can anyone help me download the api from somewhere else..any other links to that?...or maybe someone can email it to me.. (negarfield2@gmail.com)
