I googled for a good 20 minutes and found all kinds of things.

You can try http://www.irixtech.com/dynamic-quiz/java/scjp/all . You may also wanna give a shot at http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScjpMockTests which lists a lot of free mock exams, some may be outdated though.
Between SCJP 5.0 & SCJP 6.0 there are not many differences so even SCJP 5.0 mock exams will help you with your cert.
