Hello,
We are developing a client app and one of the requierments is a heavy and
extraordinary graphic design.
We have all the bitmaps needed for all windows, including controls, buttons,
icons, etc.
Our problem is the implementation of it on the app.
Can someone give us some information regarding sking builders / generators
or how to do it (properly) ourselves?

If you're interested in third party controls you may wish to take a look
at Sheridan's ActiveThreed Plus product. It has a splash control that
shapes a container including forms into any given Picture. Other
controls within the product do the same for buttons.

source code for them also!
