Dynamic Menu

Hi to all

I'm a Powercobol user and i was searching an activex to build a dynamic menu
reading the items from a file.
In this manner i can avoid to create some menu interface depending from my
projects.
We know the Visual Basic (and Powercobol) uses the menu editor on their environment
to build a menu, but will be a great thing build the menu reading the items
(and its menuitems) from a file.
Does anyone help me to resolve this problem?
