I know that to design a secure network away from hackers, you must know
their ways and their techniques to fight against them.

seriously, the chapter about securing your site from attack is 100% geared
around 'you can only secure your stuff if your know how attackers attack."
it's a good starting point. and if you have any follow-up q's then sound
