take a look at this, been there since sep2000, scans for all iis patches,
not just the ones noted in the fbi doc.

But there is one important difference, the MS one doesn't say which are
important and which are less important. And installing hotfixes is very
annoying since you need to go to each computer individually which is why
they should put it on windowsupdate.
