Try the sci.crypt newsgroup...

It didn't make it past the first round of the AES competition so it probably
won't get much support. http://csrc.nist.gov/encryption/aes/

but in this site there is nothing about DFC
AES,DES,tripDEC only

Because it lost out so it never became the standard like AES and DES

DFC is a shadow of a memory - it never got very far in the AES race. best
to stick with current proven algorithms.
