Hi,

I have a Barcode reader example in my book. It uses a reader that connects
to the PC serial port. Some readers may connect using a keyboard wedge.
These need no special programming, they simple convert barcodes to
keystrokes. Your program then processes this data as though it had been
typed.

Mabry (www.mabry.com) and Tal (www.taltech.com) have controls for generating
barcodes.
