WEB GALMOD on BackOffice CD. Admin can use the was galmod application, but an user cannot change hi

Hi,

I installed the WEB application GALMOD from the Back Office Ress. Kit CD
(F:\I386\EXCHANGE\WEB\GALMOD) and, with the Admin Exchange User, I can
change all the information of all users.

But, an user cannot change his Information. It's always say a code error :
80070005. I suppose the users not have the permission to modify his
information. How can I modify the code, to permit to user to modify his
information?
