I can't claim to be an expert on W3C standards, but from what little I
know, Microsoft is more in compliance with standards than Netscape. If
Netscape would adhere to general "rules", webdevs wouldn't have such
headaches designing browser-compatible sites. More work needs to be done
on cross platform, cross browser languages.
