want do I need on the webserver besides the .Net framework to run the ASPX
webpages?

Duane: Just Windows 2000 or greater.

Duane : It may seem obvious, but ASP.NET do only work natively on IIS
Release > 5... for you can install Apache or something else on a Windows
Box, it won't be able to run .NET by itself.
