problem setting up pws.

Has anyone come across the message below, where I am trying to setup my PWS.
Could you please instruct me how to resolve them.

Message: the instruction at "0x780018ee" referenced memory at "0x01003324".
The memory could not be written

I had many problems setting up pws. While I don't have a specific answer
for you, I was wondering if you searched the Microsoft site for an answer.
I've found answers to many problems there.

are you trying to load the PWS on a 98 system? did you download it or using
it from your CD? I had trouble initially loading it and i had to download
a patch.
