We want to build a website that has a similar "tree view" process like this
site has on the left hand side. Do you know of any web design products that
have the ability to build something like this. Or are than any other resources

Also, I'm looking for a good product that I can use to animate a logo. Any
ideas???

That was created with Macromedia Flash, which will be the answer to both of
your needs. Without a vector animation program like flash you are stuck
with difficult to implement and buggy DHTML such as that at http://www.vignette.com.

Aaron - would there be concerns about folks not having the plug-in or not
wanting to download it...therefore they couldn't access the site???
