Will somebody from MS read wishes in this forum or will somebody send them
wishes?

Miha: As Alan suggests, if you want to ensure that Microsoft sees your
requests, you should e-mail them directly to Microsoft.

Using OE one can also use Help | MS on the Web | Send Feedback. I think it
goes to the same place.

So it is "useless" to discuss wishes here?

Miha: No more "useless" than it is to discuss any topic in any other
newsgroup. ;-)

No, this is a good place to try your wish out. If it is not so well thought
out you will discover that very vociferouly. you may get the occasional
"good idea" or even stony silence. Human nature suggests your one "good
idea" is worth about 1000 vociferous "over my dead body's" while stony
silence means you are 300'th person to suggest it so you can safely send it
to vbwish to reinforce the previous 299.
Alan + tongue in cheek

Yes, but I seem to remember having to fill in their &^%$%^% form. Email to
mswish or vbwish is less intrusive.

I can guarantee you that folks at Microsoft are watching this newsgroup.
I can't guarantee that the +right+ folks are watching, but I'm sure that
these discussions are getting some attention.
I can't say why I know that, just that I know.
But, yes, the MSwish email alias is the best +official+ way to get their
attention.

I'll second your opinions on this one, Robert.... especially about not being
sure about it being the right people doing the watching, unfortunately. :-)
