I built a guest book for my Grandmother (98years young). She would like to
reply to some of her guests. Does some one know an easy way to set this
up? I thought of building it to look more like a newsgroup, but her older
friends are not internet savvy at all and I believe would struggle with using
it. The guest book is more their speed. Does someone have a solution for
an easy way for my grandmother to reply to her guest by posting to the web,
so everyone can see her reply?

I would suggest you look into a customized setup of a good quality bulletin
board such as Ultimate Bulletin Board.

I suggest a completely customizable guest book from www.onehead.com, I use
it myself, and It suits my needs well. There's also an html page included
to reply to the writers in the guestbook. It's very easy to use.
