I'm a student, at Portland State University in Oregon, with a hunch that finding
the Key drivers the audience uses to descriminate between sites is the most
important idea based behind web effectiveness, the only problem is to come
up with these key drivers. What would you say some Key Drivers to a site
for engineers or some other technical site would be, and how would I measure
their effectiveness?
