INTERNET_FLAG_DONT_CACHE; help with value of

If anyone can find it and shoot me an email i'd be very gratefull. I can
find only sparse reference to the items mentioned at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/networking/wininet/reference/constants/API_Flags.asp
what I need is the value of INTERNET_FLAG_DONT_CACHE. (all of them if i
can get them)
