runtime error

hi, my mother in law downloaded voice recognition software (bonzai buddy)onto
her computer, she asked me to delete it but when i did, and rebooted the
computer, i got a runtime error. then says the computer has performed and
illegal act. i dont know what to do to fix it. can you please give me any
infor.
