Help Please

Hello I am a in need of help I really want to learn how to become a hacker
and I have looked everywhere at cyberarmy.com egroups and lots of other places
but they keep sayin stuff like c++ will someone please explain the steps
needed to become a hacker and if i need a language explain 1 in detail and
what it does and also if it makes a difference I know HTML

please help me

well, hackers mostly use C and C++ or assembly. You have to become
familiar with these languages to become proficient in their techniques.
There's no resemblance whatsoever between HTML and any of these
languages so you'll simply have to learn them from scratch. You want to
start with C++. Assembly will be too difficult for a novice.
