Posting Acceptor

I need to know if the settings of a proxy server may affects posting acceptor
working ‘cause I’m having this problem:
I can post a file when I don’ t pass through the proxy server but, when I
try to post a file using the proxy, I get a blank page when I select the
file and call the cpshost.dll.
I don’t know why it’s happen.
I ‘d really appreciated any help.
