Which event should i use for combobox dropdown item highlighting?

I have a combobox and there are several items inside. When i click the cmbbox, then a dropdown list show. I want a below textbox to show the content of highlight item of cmbbox when my mouse move on the combobox's dropdown item? how can i do?
