I was wondering if anyone can help me write a program...willing to pay for it... reply asap.

This is more of a development forum, where people can get help with writing their own stuff. Not saying that no one will accept your offer, but I think it may be unlikely.

What is the program that you need? I might be able to help you out.

You may want to consider a service such as elance.com to outsource your programming project. Several vendors will bid on your project and you can get a decent price and variety of choices. It's pretty good for smaller projects.
