I would like to connect my java program to a database. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good database program that is free and works well with java programs. If you can give me a web address and tell me what I need to down load and install that would be great. I will probably need some help with how to connect the database with my java program.
I have heard about mySQL.

I've been coding in SQL recently, combining Java and SQL code isn't to hard, OTherwise just use Microsoft access for small databases
