A few questions

Hello :)

I have a few questions.

Well, my first one is how do we "copy/paste" a menu?
I have about 31 forms and only the first one has a menu and I would like to use the same one for the 30 other forms.
Or is there a code that I can use to make a menu and not use the menu editor?

Well, that's the only one for now.
I know I have others, but I can't remember them at the moment.
