MouseListener does not work--help

I get this error when trying to implement MouseListener error:

Checkers is not abstract and does not override abstract method mouseRelease

How do I fix that?

*NOTE to the moderators, my previous thread "implement runnable and mouselistener?" can be deleted. I asked the wrong question.

When you implement an interface, your class must provide every method as defined in that interface. So just add the method mouseReleased.
