how to arrange generate output properly....

I get gereated output by using buffered reader and writer ......can u help me to arrange without overlapping.......like following
HI_SVC_NAME header only (MRO_EAI_StatusNotification) now it is overlap with HI_PCK_USR

I need to get out put as

F would like to get out put as following format notice that next time MRO_Eai only (length May can reduced increased)..how to set properalignment.the foolowing is now format of output generated
