whats this massage means??? & What is the solution :confused:

It looks like your e-mail provider only allows you to send 150 messages per day. The solution is to stop spamming people. ;-) Seriously, if your messages are not spam, you'll have to use a different e-mail provider that does not limit the number of e-mails you can send.

There are a variety of email providers.
Yahoo
HotMail
GMail
AOL
All kinds...take your pick.
And why in the world would you be sending more than 150 email messages in one day?
It takes me six months to send that many.
if you must send more than 150, i suggest you create an array of available SMTP servers. when you receive the error message, move on to the next server in the array.
