Tomcat using connection pooling

I am using Tomcat-3.2.1 and i am using mySQL database. How to make connection
pooling. I am getting default error "unable to find the poolman.props".

How to set the class path in autoexec.bat?
where i should paste the poolman.props?

please help on this
