16 bit color

Hi,

I am using JDK 1.2 and my Java app. has been developed with lot of Swing
Components.

I am unable to run this app. on a machine which has only 16 bit colors instead
of 256.

Any solutions ?.

You can't run java GUI with out more colour options. You need to install
your monitor driver to upgrade the colours. No other way to get rid of.
