I have a web site hosted other than the job site. I need to post policies
and procedures. What we would like to do is have the policies and procedures
onsite and when they are reviewed we would like them to be presented with
the policies onsite.

You lost me. Where is the Java question in all of this? Please post the
part of the question that involves Java programming.
