Is there any way to use XML Parser for java to internationalize an application?
Yes.
There is also a way to use x86 assembly code to internationalize an application
if you work at it hard enough.
In al seriousness, this question is to general to get a specific answer that
is shorter than an entire book. Can you be more specific?
