'ASP 0177 : 8002801d'

I´m using Frontpage 2000, an Oracle database and IIS 4.0 and the message
below appears :

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 8002801d'
Server.CreateObject Failed

/_fpclass/fpdbrgn1.inc, line 99

Library not registered.

I´ve changed the permissions (changed EVERYONE to Full Control) for the folder

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{B4E1B2DE-151B-11D2-926A-06008123235}

but it´s not working.

Can somebody help me ???

A little more information would help, but it appears that the object you are
trying to create on the server has not been registered on the server. Can
you verify that the object has been registered? What process did you go
through to register the object?
