Download data onto webserver from ASP

I am trying to find an COM component (or any solution) which can be used through
ASP that would allow me to download HTML data (or other kinds of data, such
as XML) from the Internet. Is there any such component/solution existing???
Can anyone make a custom COM component for this?? Or can anyone point me
in the right direction to solve this problem?

You can do this with MSXML3...
