file dsn connectivity problem

I am having a problem in connecting to a FILEDSN .
I want to connect(from nt workstation) to database which is lying in nt-server
when I connect thru FILEDSN it gives ODBC error

I request one & all ASP die-hard fans to kindly help me in resolving this
major problem
Also Kindly advice me how to access databases on network
