ASP Page Variable Usage

I have an asp page and inside the Body I want to use a variable to display
something? Is it possible? Where should the variable be defined?

You can define the variable anywhere on your page - just make sure that it
is enclosed with <%%> tags. Like this:

<% strName = "Bud" %>
<html>
<head><title>Your Page</title></head>
<body>
<p>Hi <%= strName %></p>
</body>
</html>

In the above example, the variable could have been declared anywhere on the
page prior to using it. So you could have placed it inside the <head> tags
or inside the <body> tags too.
