I'm brushing up on some areas of VB that I have not used a lot while
preparing for the certification exams. I decided to go through the
UserDocument example step by step from the Docs.
Visual Basic Documentation
Using Visual Basic
Component Tools Guide
Creating an ActiveX Document

It says that a VBD file should be created when I run my application with F5.
I did a search on the hard drive, and none is created. Even after saving my
project and files in a specific folder and then running again, still none
created... one is created if I compile to an EXE, and it works, but then I
can't debug the project correctly (e.g., using the Stop command as in the
step by step example).
Did I miss something here for having a VBD get created when I am running in
the IDE?
