    Creating Clickable vCard

I am trying to create an HTML page with a hyperlink that will add vCards,
if clicked on, to the visitors email client (Outlook). I'm using the model,
ASPHelp-10 Minute Solution: Creating Clickable Appts.

I've made the page and created a link to the saved vCard file (user.vcf)
on a temp dir, but when I try to access it I get the File Download window.
If I select to save file to disk I get the option to Add to Address Book,
which I select. But it doesn't appear in my Contacts list.

Looking for some guidance, and any comments or suggestions to this little
    project would be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Bece Robt

    Hi,

Guess you're referring to this article written by Rama Ramachandran @ -
    http://gethelp.devx.com/techtips/asp.../10min0201.asp
I remember using similar functionality in one of my earlier projects and
    it worked fine for me.

Is it possible for you to post your code please?

    Hi,

    >>"test.vcs"
    >>"TestUser.VCF"

Here you're tring to add one Calendar and Contact Item. Since you've mentioned
only abt the vCard file, I guess yr vCalendar file is properly getting added
to your Calendar. Is it right? Or are you getting download window for that
as well? Generally, d/load window will pop up only if you're not executing
    yr page thru' IIS.

BTW, I don't see anything wrong in the way you're calling those cards.
