downloading word document into our machine

i have one HTML file and one WORD document. In that html file i have one HREF
link. My requirment is, if i click the href link that word file has to download
in my system. But the word file is displaying in the browser itself. I need
it as a downloadable document. Please give the solution for this problem.

Zip the Word file and link to the zipped version.
