[ANN] eContent release 1.31
eContent is a Web-based system for creating information systems, intranets,
B2B, B2C, catalogs, and vertical portals. Written in Java/Servlets for scalability,
eContent offers personalized content, content management, and electronic
resource distribution. It supports executables, all documents types, OLAP
reports, Java programs, and legacy integration.
Changes: This release introduces significant enhancements, particularly in
the areas of the Administrative User Interface and workflow capabilities.
Workflow features now automate the flow of content through flexible approval
processes with full e-mail notifications. The updated Administer UI is task
oriented and provides the ability to manage any Table of Content Set through
category and resource specific menus in context. It has also been updated
to take advantage of the latest features in the Expresso Framework.
