How to start well at a new JOB?

    Hi all,
What would you all say is a good way to make a good impression when you first
start a new programming job? I am about to go to a new job and am a bit
nervous about making a good start. Also, I'm changing development tools
and so the pressure is a little higher. What have other people done to make
a success of this kind of move?

listen well, ask questions and don't act like you know everything.
