which Master degree is more valuable

    I have worked as a programmer/analyst in a financial company for a year. I
had a Master degree in Chemistry and I worked as a research chemist for 4
    years before I switched career.

I am currently accepted to University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign's Master
    of Computer Science program(http://www.cs.uiuc.edu/education/grad/degrees/mcs.html)
and DePaul University's Master of Science in Distributed System program.

Could you guys take a look at their web sites and tell me which one of the
program is more valuable according to your opinion and why? Thanks a lot
    for your time.

I've taken grad classes at Univ of Ill at Chicago and Depaul in CS. From my
experience DePaul is a curriculum driven by tuition and allows students to
take classes they are unprepared for but who still expect good grades because
they paid a lot of money. UIC is a tougher school that has actual standards.
I can only imagine that UI Urbana is even more so. I say go for UIUC if you
can stand the fact that it is a college town.
