Trace for Eclipse Plugin

Hi,

I am trying to add a trace for a Eclipse Plugin that I am working on. I followed the Help instruction and created the .options file on the plugin directory. I can see the plugin in the PLUGIN Tab of the RUN window, but it does not seems to do anything else. The Help does not give me additional infomation. Do I need to do something else or anyone knows any site that have more info about adding trace? Thanks in advance.
