Can't view applets anymore

Hi, I hope someone here can help me. I'm using IE 6.0, and I can't view applets I got from this site now that I could 2 days ago. I'm not sure if I inadvertantly deleted something I shouldn't have or what. Thinking that I may have, I did a system restore to an earlier point in time where I could see them fine, but it didn't fix the problem. I don't even see the grey field, just the 3 colored geometric shapes in the upper left corner. I could really use some help. Nevermind. I ended up deleting all the java files and reinstalling the whole platform. That worked.
