Sending Email from Java application

I am looking for some tutorials to create an application for sending emails and some examples along with it.
The java application must be able to sent a large numbers of emails which is store in a database.
The amount of emails in the database would be ranging from 1000 to 100000.
So if you have any good tutorial links or java source files, please send it to me.
