Again about events from an Applet to HTML.
There is an Applet embedded to an HTML page. There is a button on the applet. When an user clicks on the button I know how to handle this event to change the internal state of the applet. But I'd like to signal (broadcast) the event to outside of the applet. If I had the event visible for the HTML page, I would script it (on client side) to change the state of another object on the page. It works in ActiveX technology via raiseEvent satement. Do applets have something similar?
Thank you.
Alexander Lykov.
