    Java Web Server or Tomcat

I'm trying to make an online application in Java, JSP, Servlets & Beans to be more precise).
I'm confused as to use Java Web Server or Jakarta's Tomcat as my Web Server.
Could any one please tell me the difference between the two. Which is more convenient and stable? I need some technical points of both.Pl. give me some links and references where I can find the difference between the two....

Hey. I worked on a project last year including JavaServlets and the like. We used the Jakarta Tomcat server! We had it running for 2 months and it never crashed.

Look at the homepage for the jakarta project...

    http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/
If my car breaks down I'll take the bus!
